V2288 can not conect to emi - GSM-Forum

I have V2288, I can not connect it to EMI with pemaster.
Emi blink once by powering on the phone, but, that's all.
Why?

Give us more details.Your phone is working or not? If not , You maybe should try to flash it with testpoint. Regards JOE.

No, test point is not necessary, phone can turn on, but it hold down the calls and has ringing problem.

hi... there is a trick to register fine the phones with pemaster (when you have problem registering phones)
- first connect emmi and connect phone to pc
- go to MS-DOS in the directory of pemaster
- write pemaster.exe (or your pemaster name) but don't press ENTER
- press power on button in mot phone
- when the led of emmi start to blink then inmediately press ENTER
- 90% times with this method phone register well and stay registered
if your phone don't register well, exit pemaster and try it again.
try it. Works fine for me

In my case it is working best in ms-dos with EPP mode selected in bios for LPT. Regards JOE.

of course configuration is important. but if your pc is prolematic (like my AMD... it can't register phone and hold it more than two seconds) ... this tricks helps you to keep the phone connected

If nothing helped...
Try to presss "N" (Long Delay) in pemaster...
Otherwise, you are not using external power for your RoEMM2...

on my computer pemaster is working well, but not with whis phone, even I use long delay. Nothing helps. Why?

Open the phone clean the contacts but from Your answer I think it is hardware problem maybe water damage? Regards JOE.

There was no liquid in phone, it seems to be audio procesor, but first I will try to change SW. With Motokey it seems to be some problem, can not connect.
Please help, if any solution exist.
