Member: 13384 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Blinking phone repair procedure 100% Tested · T720_G_05.05.015R_full_flash.vfl; · T720_G_05.05.21R_full_flash.vfl; · T720_Manufacturing_Flex_Model_GM5T0AA052.vhs; · T720_EMEA_Core_SE3843AXXXX052.vhs After flashing with T720_G_05.05.015R_full_flash.vfl file, the phone would only come on for a brief second and immediately switch off. Thus not allowing any software to recognise the phone. This is what to do: Short pins 13/14 on your data cable. As a last resort you can even short the pins before connecting your data cable. By using a paper clip (or similar) short the 13/14 connection on the phone while switching on the phone. Once on connect the data cable. The PC should pick up ‘Motorola flash interface’. I then had to flash with t722i_full_java_ru_pst.zip files. Once flashed with this remove data cable and restart phone. (Hopefully this will now work) If not then you may have to re-flex your phone with 722i flex (T722iFlex.zip). If it hasn’t worked then your phone will switch on and display the start-up logos but will reset and continue in this loop indefinitely, to overcome come this, power on the phone and when the keypad flashes on hold down the * & # keys. This should prevent the phone from resetting. If successful and the phone does not restart, you can flex the phone. (You must keep the keys pressed until you start the flex process). This is the process I used and revived my dead T720i. |
