V3re boot version 4.00 not supported - GSM-Forum

SmartMoto 3.21
S-Card: ********** Smart-Clip dongle, v 2.11, assigned Smart-Clip: ******** Europe, initializing... OK
Smart Adaptor: serial *********, firmware version 1.05
Clip serial: *****, version: 4.09, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Blank Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 4.00
Boot version 0x400 is not supported for model 'V3re'

this is what i got while unlocking one V3re.
something went wrong and the boot version changed to 4.00
now i could not do anything not even flash.

what can i do now?? i'm in grreat trouble plssss....

You make bad tp and phone appear boot 400

maybe this are a new boot loader version,,,because the v3xx have 2 new version,,,like 6.24 and 7.00!!!

we need a new update from smartmoto!!!!

maybe the solution is,,preparesmarttespoint,do the correct testpoint,, repair pds and after full flash with overwrite boot ticked!!! good luck!!

No it won't allow to do anything. If i try to do prepare smarttestpoint operation again, it shows this error

This is a TP cut error mate. Try to recover TP line with a microscope.

boot v4.00 = phone have some harsware fault (of course if ur TP cable is ok)

This happened to me with K1s, I have never been able to unlock K1s.

You must try to join the track where you did the testpoint, you musthave Cut too wide and cutted a track, you must Join this track for the phone to work again.
