Member: 3023 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | C350: Contact provider delay I have a locked C350 and also bought the subsidy code for it. It is in "Contact Provider" state, so I leave it for about 1.5 hours powered on with sim card inside. The delay seemed too long for me (usually from 5 to 50 minutes) so I connected it to the PC and read out the Contact Provider delay time with VictorGSM cracked motorola service sw. It wote me the the delay is 10080 minutes ![]() It means that the delay will be 7 days which is roughly one week! Can the delay be so long or the sw recognises it incorrectly? Are there any way to bypass this delay (I've allready paid for unlock code and don't want to pay again for unlock by a clip, but I also have to return the phone to the customer ASAP). Thanx for any advice. WBR, Chris. |

Member: 3023 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Just checked Victor's solution, but it offers code calculation only (as I've mentioned before I allready _bought_ that code for this phone). The good old "Read Contact Service information" button is still there, but I found no way to remove that f@%king delay even with latest Victor's software. |

Member: 3023 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | 2 Gera5: What do you mean? 2 All: The phone was in Contact Provider state 24 hours. After that it asked for subsidy code and was successfully unlocked by the code I had. Conclusion: The number of minutes given by Motorola Service SW is a bullsh%t and it seems that the longest delay between two code entries is 24 hours. P.S. This is what I wanted to hear two days before to save some nerves and to know what to tell to the customer yesterday. ![]() |
