How can I use it to unlock the phone?

I have the cracked version

PLUG INTO SMART-CLIP AND PRESS THE MAGIC BUTTON

is there any other solution for V3xx V5xx V6xx and other new P2K phones (including 3G) to unlock ??? (I mean NOT Victor and smart clip)
