looking for master reset code for motorola e1000
 

i have a motorola e1000 and i do lock keypad
and i forgot my code
what i can to do
i have no cable

upthis is very importent for me

you cant get the code unless you master reset thru radiocomm using cable i dont know of anyway you can get the code without the use of a cable & u also need to put phone in force flash mode otherwise wont flash

somebody have a software that i can knowing the password

I know it is an old thread, but might be very useful in order to go around the phone lock code, I have just found by playing with the phone, as I could not find anywhere how to remove lock code, here are the instructions:
1. Switch on the phone with the sim card inside, it will boot up and ask for a 4 digit lock code.
2. Press a menu button which is just above key 2
3. Now it will ask for security code, which is 000000

Be quick when doing steps 2 and 3 as it will come back asking for a lock code again :)

After that you will be able to fully use the phone, so dont forget to remove the lock code, go to menu>settings>initial setup>master reset (at the bottom) and enter 000000

The phone will reboot and will never ask for any code :)

It might work on other Motorola phones- not tested :)
