Member: 105510 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | mpt connection probs I am having a problem with my v600 phone and mpt. It doesn't want to connect to it. when the wizard comes up it looks for the phone but can't find it. I have checked in the system hardware window and i have definetlely got a usb modem installed. So why will it not find it. I am using xp sp2. Can anyone help? |

Did u use Live Update to update mpt? How is connection configured? usb blutooth etc. Check phone's bottom connectors to make sure they are clean. Sometimes u need to reboot your system for mpt to reload properly. Did mpt ever work before on this unit? xp sp2 is not a problem I can confirm this. PS: if all else fails you can uninstall and re-install as I've done this for someone else who had this problem and solved by this way. Hope this helps, Regards, JOHNNY. | |
