A925 dead - GSM-Forum

I have problem with my phone..(motorola A925).I cannot start it up...it's restarting over and over,there's shown ,,motorola,, and after few seconds its disapears ,and restart it over and over until batterry is gone.... help please...I have deleted some file from c:system/fep(iI thing here is) named *.dll-I don't now the name,...anyone help to explaine what to do and with what kind of software!!1

try to use rsd or mff to flash again the software.it sure will work.
