My smart-clip is busy please help

freinds please help me

without a phone my smart detecte is theire a phone ( in smart-moto)

i can't unlock with it by the unlock bouton

i can update it with the lateste version normaly like it have not anu problem

please help......................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
