i really don't know how to connect the testpoint to ground ,anybody can tell me ,many thanks

Connect this point with ground of the phone, its quite simple.

thanks mate ,but the problem is i don't what's mean 'ground of the phone',i am really not good at electron,but i am learning repair mobile.sorry for trouble you .(i know i need use a wire connect to testpoint but another side should goes to ground ,but where is phone ground)

want to know if the phone negative is the phone ground,thanks
