Problem erasing failed with v66
 

i have USA tmobile v66 version SAP4_G_010620R dead after flash. can any one help me. i try to flash the phone with the flash file sap4_g_010502r but after flash the phone is tatally dead now. even i try to short my usb cable with the 13-14pin it is still not working. it detected the phone but i have to erasing problem now. please help

which software use ?? what is O.S (oparation system win98,xp or win2000) i can help you
