PST 7.1.1 Problems - GSM-Forum

I just installed PST 7.1.1., along with the patch, on my XP-Pro based laptop, and the software says it "can't establish a connection with my phone." I tried messing with the USB and serial settings, and it still doesn't work.

I'm using a V400 with a Motorola USB cable, and my Mobile PhoneTools works fine, but PST is having problems.

Can anyone offer some help?

For me it works perfect with dongle emulator (emulating internal dongle, not standard one). Also with emulator I can use Motorola Radiocomm - Internal Edition too, not a Service with limited functions. And CDMA Identity Programmer, Flash Programmer, P2K Express Test, P2K Control, all UniGates and simple Gates and many other original Motorola service software works fine with this dongle emulator.

PST 7.11 works perfec for me, i tested today.

Hey Xak,

Which dongle emulator are you using, and where can I download it?

And is that the only way to fix my problems with PST 7.1.1?
