Puk Unlock Code Issue!

Hey guys.. Do you have any idea how to get rid of a Network PUK unblock code? I entered an invalid sim unlock code to many times and now the phone is locked and requires a PUK code. I contacted both companies, ATT, and Tmobile. Both gave me codes that do not work. Is there some universal code out there???
Also who do I contact for a username and password for Unimoto.

puk code can be given to you by the company that gave you the SIM card! look at the sim card and call the company that has its name on it (hope that u have an active account with them) ... the puk is a long number and each sim has its own puk!

I tried that. This is a NETWORK PUK code. It not only blocks that SIM card but all Sims from that company. I found that out last night when I put another Sim from the same company in the phone and came up with the same message.

PUK is "Personal Unblocking Key" or code ... what you're talking about is not a PUK code it's a pin on the phone! the phone has one or more PIN's and the sim has a pin too that if u enter it more than 3 times incorrectly you get the "enter PUK code" message! there's also the SIM locks (phone is locked to a certain provider) which we're all trying to remove on these forums!

It went through all of that. Initially it asked for an unlock code.. (sim Unlock). Then because those were entered in wrong as you stated, it went to a NETWORK PUK code. Just to be sure that it was not the sim I went to a retailer and tried all of their sims, Voicestream, Cingular, etc. The only one that it works for now IS Att. This leads me to beleive that this is a code that locks it specifically to ATT's network. Thus the NETWORK PUK. I would have liked to simply reformated the phone, but I have since given the phone to a retailer who claimed he could have it up and running for me. I will keep you guys updated.
