T72o Almost dead HELP!!
 

Frist of all,hi to everyone and sorry for my english...
Today i tryed to upgrade the software of my t720 with VictorGSM 3.2.3,it seemed that the procedure was ok but when i try to turn on the phone the screen blink for 1 second(only the on/off buttob seem to do some effect on the phone).
When i connect the phone to pc via USB cable for a second the system find an "Unknowed USB Device" that suddenly disapper.

now i read a lot of topic over internet (even on this forum)but don't understand what to do.

I try to short the 13 and 14 pin(is the meaning of short join?)and what i resolve is that now sometime the "unknowed USB device" remain and windows found it but either PST nor VictorGSM find the phone....

What i have to do?Can you post a complete procedure for me and for the others many unlucky person who are in a such situation

pheraps i don't short porperly the pins 13and14,
Can you esplain me how to do.
Do i have to open the cable?

The way I did it is to take the phone end apart and soldered a small wire from 13 to 14. Just plug it into the phone and press the power button on the phone, then you can plug the cable into computer or use a different cable. It works, but I'm still having problems with the flexing part. Maybe I have the wrong flash/flex combo for my phone. Good luck!

and you solderd the pin from the internal of the cable or properly the external pins?

Ok. i short the 13 and 14 pin and succesfully flashed the phone and now it is correctly found by windows as Motorola USB modem but now when i turn on the cell the display remain black(but illuminated) and when i try to flex the phone with VictroGSM it say me "Access violation error at 000000036.Read error at 0000000036"(the number change beetween 000000000 and 0000000XXX).With Pst it say me impossible to suspend the phone.

Are you using windows XP? If so, try with windows 2000 or 98, happened the same to me while trying to read phone info on victor 323, but with windows 2000 got OK.

P.S: Now i want to upgrade my T720 to T720i or T722i(in Italy its called New look)Can you tell me how version of Flash and flex i have to use,if possible in italian,and logically unlockes!
