hi guys
unimoto v2.10 can unlock c350 c330? why not work?. i'm try many times not work. please help me.

Yes it can. I have unlocked a Motorola C353 locked to Movistar Spain with no probs. It's like Moto v525, just press *, #, and power button at the same time. Phone will show black screen but it's really in flash mode. After that conect the cable and use the Unisoft to unlock it. It worked for me!

thank you for reply. i'm successfully unlock v525,v300 and c450/550. i can't unlock c350 and c330. please tell me solution. may be i'm wrong.

yes i have the same problem with C350 the soft hangs by " comunicating with Server " and if i type another time to unlock " motorola device usb not found " what happend or we are wrong ?????????????

if say usb device not connected, just make sure the usb drivers are installed. If the usb driver are installed than you have just to plug cable from phone in and out and ok.

@siemens man

for c450 flash mode you will not see nothing on the screen, so i suggest to keep phone off, insert cable in pc, than into phone and only than you have to keep pressed the * and # button and press ON button. You will hear this sound from your PC that a usb device is connected. After that you press unlock and thats it.

Well,
As I see, there are some problems with unimoto. I have problems too.
I can unlock V series as well, C550 too, but can't do C450. These phones are form german operator 262-01, software version E380_G_0A.04.10R. Phone can be connected in test mode, and software tells that phone is unlocked, but it is locked. Same results with Cxxx advanced clip.
Any advice will be welcome.

@About C350 problem.
There are two versions, "L" and regular C350. Phones which were sent to Max are "L" version. So, when you connect regular C350, server hangs, because can't recognize phone version. This problem will be solved in short time. Remember, CXXX series phones are here as free upgrade, so, please, no hard feelings here. -

One of my customers from Germany reported me this problem, but only with two units from 20. This problem can, and will be solved, so please, we all need to show patience here. Anyway, thanks for report.

HelloMoto is only tool which CAN NOT damage your phone. Think about !
