Problems After Flashign V60!!! - GSM-Forum

HI.
I USE VICTOR GSM SOFTWARE AND FLSSH MOTOROLA V60's LANGUAGE PACK 0000A ---> SPANISH. AND WHEN I START THE PHONE, EVERYTHIG GOING GOOD BUT I CANNOT SEND MESSAGES, WHY?
PLEASE HELP ME SOLUTION THIS REALLY STRANGE PROBLEM.
MAYBE FLASH IS DAMAGED? BUT I USED ORIGINAL FLASHES FROM VICTORGSM.NET !!! HOW CAN IT BE POSSIBLE?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
