Unlock problem with V3x and USB-Smart - GSM-Forum

Today I unlocked 2 Motorola V3x's from 3 UK both phones unlocked but 1 of them now says Unregistered Sim on all networks I have done a CheckMEND search and that comes back as the phone is NOT reported Lost, Stolen or Blocked on any UK network so I know the phone hasn't been dlacklisted the only differance between the 2 is that the 1 with the problem is new and the other has been used.

Also I know it wasn't a unlock procedure problem as I done both phones the same way and I also retryed with the 2nd phone. I done the correct testpoint on both and I also debranded the software.

Pls can anyone help.

The second phone also finds each network but can not register on any.
