V3 no display,no display light


V3 no display, no light(only blank dark display)

But keypad light ok

Phone also working good (both incoming and outgoing calls)

What to do i

1)change ribon
OR
2)we have to flash the phone


Needed good advice pls

check flex toward lcd, if that is ok change lcd,should work

o.k listen up.
if you change keypad flex and lcd and still same problem...

it can be 2 problems .
software or hardware from main board.
there is a little crystal IC near mainboard flex conector , rehot it with some flux ... if doesnt help , remove it and make jumper like in this pic.
if doesnt help you need to repair pds and full flash.

my problem got fixed with this jupmer 100% .
you can start with soft if you like ....

For flashing motorola V3 for display problem in Smart clip an seniour poster gaved the what are the flash files to use in smart clip


R374_G_0E.42.07R_A
R374_G_0E.42.08R_A
R374_G_0E.42.0CR

Those files could be used as a solution for the handsets with nonworking internal display after flashing with 9CR version of flash file.)


But i dont have smart clip I am having only usb smart But i dont know which files to select to flash Can anyone know which files to select in usb smart for flashing V3 for display problem

Needed good advice

but if that little ic is not in that place and flashed the phone changed the flex and the lcd and still the same problem what will be the solution
