GSM-Forum - v3 not connecting with software

v3 not connecting with software

Tried to downgrade the bootloader to unlock v3, but then it stopped communicatiing with Flashbackup software and now it alwas says phone not connected,
however when i connect the phone, USB connection turns on ... its mean phone is working with cable but not communicating with flashback ..

plz help
