V3 says voice memory full and hangs

I flashed in the rsd rite,Flashing ok but still having the memory full problem

needed advice

I done master clear and master reset in smart moto cracked

All done but problem not solved

Try to flash it with some *******pack from www.planetmotox.net
Or try to flash it with "Randoms flash and backup tool V3.0".
Search for it on this forum

I also flashed the phone but no use same status

Bluetooth light also getting on

I think it may be the hardware problem but where to see in hardware??

Needed better advice
