drivers probs - pls pls help

all was ok when i connet any moto phone to pc - it was ok in device manager
a few days ago i connected K1 and the pc has probs to find driver for it ,
now - any phone i conect to the pc he find it -" MOTOROLA USB MODEM "
and then error in device manager , whats the prob ?
i go to control panel and try to remove old drivers but i cant see any thing that regards to " motorola drivers or so " if some one has that prob and fixd it
i will be very glad to get help .

try to use another usb port
also try this drivers uninstaller after that pc will ask for drivers again
