C118 no cable unlock

Is there a way to unlock the Subsidy password without having to use cables and flash the phone?
I know the IMEI.

Small problems with reading is always little bit funny.
Did you tried to read at least current thread ?

use compal tool with standard t191 cable
only unlock phone to the first inserted sim card
