    I Am Very Thankfull To All Forum Team.
    I Have A Motorola C650 In Which Problem Is Thad When The Set On The Screen Show The Massage.

    Plz Help The Friends Have The Problem Software Or Hardware .if The Software Problem .i Want The Flasher And Flash Fill.

    anyways u will need to reflash ur phone using some motorola compatible box, many c650 has that problem, its not a hardware faliure, 100% software.
