t191 no outgoing call - GSM-Forum

Hi!
I have one t191 that refuses to make outgoing call.
I can recieve calls, send SMS, check account status and call 112.
It seems like Line2 enabled but there is no "Select Line" menu in phone. And that is not a CallerID problem.

Phone sw:
MH: 117811
S: 1.78 H: 1.1
Mar 21 2002

May be someone have a solution.

PS: Didn't tried set e2p and flash it yet. Phone is on warranty.

Reset with Kima SW or set e2p default with DMtools.

With Kima soft clear user lock.....that's all
