KE590 problem
 

I have some problem with flashing KE590 with GSM multi. Writing .bin files don't working, so i writed .cab files. After writing some firmwares phone "blinking" at menu, after writing other - don't working - phone display this (blue bar at white screen):

after pressing 1,2,3 or 4 phone restarting and situation repeating... Before this phone working OK, i only want to change language.
