LG 5400 - install USB drivers problem

Welcome!

My problem - install USB drivers: what i do wrong?
I get from internet cable (lg-usb - black box middle cable) for LG, and:

1. Installing drivers. Reboot.
2. Connecting cable to USB and windows detect USB cable (Prolific

USB-to-serial Comm Port). Reboot
3. Connect mobile LG5400 to cable and.... nothing!!! Dont detect mobile!

dont install anyone driver for LG, whats wrong i do???

What do u mean by that? Windows don't detect your mobile. You have to install a LG software package for communicating with your mobile. Download it from here, install it and use LG Contents Bank for uploading new ringtones/pics/java apps and LG PC Sync for backing up your contacts and scheduler (or even synchronize it with outlook). But don't forget to set up serial connection (not infrared), port COM1 (usually) and baud rate 115200.
