LG 7020 no network after unlocking by code

I successfuly unlocked brand new LG7020:
1. Calculated code with code calculator by IMEI
2. Put Motorola test card and by code 2945#*70001# got extra menu: "SIM Locked" in Menu>Settings>Security Settings
3. Put calculated code and unlocked phone.

But phone can't find network!
If I go in manual searching network I can get all three networks in my town and whan I select my network (two other network have mark "Unavailable") phone start with searching: "Searching...Please wait" and so long time searching, searching,...but can't find network.

Can somebody help with advice?

Sorry, but I don't understand...reflesh?!? Why ?
I unlocked phone by code and that code I got by calculator. Phone accepted code without any problem. I didn't work anything by cable and other software...only I put Motorola test card in phone.
Is it possible that Motorola test card and code 2945#*70001# can distroy or make fault in phone (change flash, eeprom,...)?

I have new problem with same phone...

I left phone over night and tried switch on this morning and now I have new problem:
-phone switch on, after entering PIN number start play music and I can see wallpaper but whan start music stop phone switched off!!!!
-I tried meny times with different SIM cards and every time phone switcing off
-I tried again with Motorola test card and phone NOT SWITCHING OFF, all is working fine, also in Networks menu, in manual mode I can see all 3 networks available in my town.
-I tried activate SIM Loks, phone accepted code, in SIM Lock>Check status I got massage "ON", but when I put SIM card phone not showing any massage about SIM Lock, but continue with loading and when start music stop phone again switch off ?!?!

Is possible that phone was faulty before I started with unlocking or all problems caused by 2945#*70001# code and Motorola test card?

Thanks for any advice.

PS

Unfortunatelly I must tell that I don't have connector (or cable) for this phone model so I can't make flash cable and reflash phone.

probably your phone had some problems (network related and other) before you unlocked it. problems with no network you can sometimes repair with flash. but somehow i don't think that is the case here
