I need help unlocking an LG C3100. The IMEI is: 353743-00-284290-2. It's blocked on the Movistar network in Spain. If you could also please tell me what steps to take. thanks in advance for any help!!!

Try 2945#*# and do fact. reset. if not unlocked then u have to use cable solution.
