is there anybody have flashfile for this mobile or any solution to solve this problem

Sorry, I'm new to this forum, and even newer to the idea of flashing my phone.

I tried using the files placed above, however the MTK driver doesn't seem to install properly in windows 7. Worse yet, if I connect my phone to my computer with it off, it doesn't try to find the drivers (as described in the instructions here).

Has anyone actually flashed their LG GW300 with windows 7? Better yet, can someone give me better instructions than the link I posted or this one?

same! Windows 7 doesn't work. No prompt to install drivers. Windows does the process automatically. I don't know how to manually override the searching of the drivers.

For best performance use WindowsXP SP2.

So I figured out a way to do this in Windows 7 (after someone suggested that this might be a function of the fact that the the drivers are not signed). I wrote up step by step instructions on my blog: Flashing the LG GW300FD | blog.pollackphoto.net

Stuck on 4 vii

Point the installation to “C:\GSMULTI\UsbDrivers\MTK” (or whatever directory is holding the dseob13b.exe signed version of “mccidemo.sys”).

It doesn't prompt me to do anything. Just said failed to install driver.

I guess what the problem is is that I don't get a prompt to "find the location of the driver you're looking for."
I just got a window that said failed to install driver, and with a continue button that closes the window, thats it.

okay I failed at 4 vi as well.
I tried to restart the computer and redo all the steps but this time windows 7 wont even recognize the device after i turned the cell off. It just recognize it as a mass storage device when the phone is on.

If I flash it with new S/W, then I dont have to unlock it ?

Thanks.

Flashing has nothing to do with country lock (operator lock), need unlock procedure, only Phone Lock/User Code can be removed with flashing.
