Member: 2199438 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I have a client who somehow flashed the LG LS-980(Sprint) to the firmware for the LG LV-980 (Verizon) and the phone boots to the Verizon setup wizard but reboots soon after and is completely inoperable. When using LGFlashTool to attempt to restore the proper firmware back to LS-980 (Sprint) I get an error that says the DLL does not match because the phone is now showing its a LV-980. Is there a way to bypass that check and restore the proper firmware? |

Problem is, "Ports" simply does not show up in device manager. I'm on windows 8. Is there an alternate way of getting the phone onto the correct port? thanks in advance. | |
