c55 v18 java activation,with or without test point?? - GSM-Forum

i tried to enable java on c55 v18 (the phone has no test point,i unlocked it with freia) and java enabler from skylord(i tried all versions) dosent work,always ''getting info'' and then ''stoped!''....i tried with and without 4,5 V but the same,in xp and win98.....
any sugestions????

done it....it was 5v on tx...put 3v and worcked....

hi, i am a total n00b at things like these.
What do i have to do, if i want do get some Java-Games to my C55?
Pls tell me from the first Step to the last.

just use JAVA ENABLER from www.siemens-java.com
and then connect phone with data exchange software v267...

I have done nothing.

I just want to load some Java-Games and Appz onto my Handy!

And i'm a n00b belong to things like this.

So...dl the java enabler -> http://digilander.libero.it/m_50/eb/...ord_ver1.3.zip then use a cable for c55 and start Early_Bird_by_Skylord_ver1.3,then push the red button and if the cable is good you´ll see 'OK'
dl data exchange software -> http://www.my-siemens.com/com.aperto...tware_v267.exe and just run it with your c55 connected......

And what do u mean by saying, "if its good"? Is it possible, that my cable wont be working with this enabler?

mine didnt worked first time cuz i used 5v on tx...it must be 3v...
and yes "Early_Bird_by_Skylord_ver1.3" is a progy that enable java.....
