HOWTO upload Java to Samsung A900, M500, M610 phones?

Hi!
Can someone help me in uploading Java to this phones? via cable, via bluetoot, via something else...
I don't have official Sprint or Verison carrier in my country. But phones with Sprint firmware. Also I know that there is some dependence from firmware, but how it is connected with Java? And what fw i should use for easier Java upploading?
As I know for A640, M300 this HOWTO is appropriate (taked from http://a640.forumco.com/):
Quote:
PitPim Procedure:
1. Start phone but don't do anything just plug in the cable
2. Start BitPim
3. Select SPH-a620
4. Select file system and click +sign on dir. tree, this should retrieve your file structure for you -- right mouse click and do a backup entire tree
5. Then go into the ams folder and delete the AmsRegistry and Endtransaction files
6. Go into your games folder a right mouse click to make sub-directories, sequentially name them cnts1 cnts2 cnts3 etc.
7. Rename the 2 files to _jar and _jad (your jad file should have been edited before hand) and place them in one of the cnts# directories (right mouse click a cnts dir. and select new file and then browse to the 2 files to upload them to your phone
8. Close BitPim
9. Unplug your phone and don't do anything with it until you reboot it. (or battery turn off)
10. Upon reboot you should see the new game(s) ready for your enjoyment
Any Java upploading help will be appreciated

WBR, ZeonET
