please how do i get rid of the locked 10 status?

i have the code but cant enter because of the locked 10
status.

I believe if you have radio on showing lock 10 then press and hold in preset 6 for 5 seconds or so and it should give you another 3 attempts
make sure you have correct code as lock 13 needs special unlocking
