Is this an RCD300? if so then the dump looks corrupt.. ;)

It's an RCD310.... And, not heard of anyone solving encrypted code in eeprom. On all accounts special tool is needed.

It's easy........... known code is not in your dump.. Fingers...well, find out counter reset in dump, then try codes 0000-1999. Otherwise, find tool producer, than can solve this (personally I don't know which)
