Member: 790396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 |  hello all, my radio on my saab 9-5 stopped working... i bought a used one from e-bay, but when i try to use it it says "radio locked". i talked with the saab representative but they told me that the new unit had to "divorced" from the vehicle and "married" with mine.. the guy who sold me the unit does not have the Vehicle identification number.. so, is there any way to get it to work ? is it possible to read the eeprom from the old unit and write the content on the eeprom of the new unit ? thank you very much in advance, George |
