sony cd player - GSM-Forum

hi

i have an Sony cd player that its radio and tape its working but when i switch to cd the display just get on by some seconds and off .
i have changed the display controller part n CXP1011Q but the problem remains
i have checked the Cristal from the master controller part n CXD 1167Q and it is oscillating at its frequency.
i have removed the laser unity but it is the same what can i do to repair it ?

is it a double din radio cassette cd ?
please put model number of the head unit
did you check the voltage on cd connector?
the loading of cd is normal?
did the cd turn when its loaded?

hi well the pbc n is 033-0cdm3b-100 .
after investigation o just got that the cxd 1167q is an ram and the sampling microcontroler is the cxa 1082bq. as for your questions no it doesn't spin but if i move the laser it will return to the beginning.
but it doesn't accept any commands or start and the display just get on for some seconds
