as all rework stations produce diffrent tempratures as they are not 100% with set temprature, as you use your station you will come to know what settings you require, its trial and error.

well, it depends on how hot you like your toasted bread...:D:D

as M1DJF says ,is trial and error... depends of the board, the tin/solder, if iC is solded to big grounded pad...
remember to use Flux to reduce the melting temperature of tin/solder and doing your job easier.
