Can anyone help me with the unlock code for my Vectra's Philips car 400

The serial number for my unit is GM1500X9049613

Hi There.

I have come across these downloads before but I have no idea on how to use them.

I know that if I open up a bin file that it gives me a code.

Is this a universal code or do I have to work out the numbers for the file myself?
