Second file is 2 times more from first , but data inside is same !
Code should be 06xx .... !
Check conections of radio again and write MCU number.

you have problems in bus....I2C
Please....test voltage in pin 5 & 6 of eeproms.........( 4 to 5 volt normale )........., if not normale........then search chip TDA7476 & shut pin 2 & 3 & try......enter code !!!
