This appears to be a landrover code, if it is you will need to read the eprom and dump it here for decoding.....

24C04 EEPROM
I've double checked for you, the radio is a Philips and it will need to have the eprom read.
Sometimes the dealers keep records of your code, but they will charge for it, you could try phoning your dealer to see if this is an option.

The tool for reading the eprom costs about $17 and details are below.
