You need to remove the 24c16, read the file, then post here for the code.
Tell us what you are using to try to read the file and someone will try to help you

unfortunately, i have no idea how to do it...

if any body is willing to drop a link of some sort of tutorial that i can follow to do it please?...I will be more than happy to try.

But on the oder hand...I had a look at the chip, and looks dificult for me to retrieve it, and them weld it back....

for that you need eeprom programmer to read 8 pin eprom 24c16 and put here on the forum to get the code or to find a service that can do it.
