Volvo SR-7145 need code
 

Hi all !
Has anyone ever decoded this old model like Volvo SR-7145 ? There is a strange eeprom inside. But first I ask can I most to made especial programmer to read this or have other reason to get code. I made the picture and put attachment. this numbers what written in hand not suitable for this radio.
Maybe anyone help.

Thanks for answer. If you ever read this chip please send me too this dump. I have all information about this chip, program and programmer schematic but this is so old radio and I really not have to lost time to build this programmer only to read one ic. I put the ic panel, now I can remove it fast. Ok maybe I most to do then, I dont know.
