This site is not authorised by Nokia or the third party providers of the games. The appearance of the games for download:

1. infringes the copyright of the third parties;

2. infringes Nokia's copyright; and

3. means that copyright protection was circumvented.

The liability of an ISP

The letter serves to notify you of our client's intellectual property rights and the infringing material at the web site.

Registrant and Account Holder

As detailed above, the person(s) who are making copies of games for N-Gage available on the Website are infringing our client's rights. We request that your company disables the use of the Domain Name by removing it from the name servers, and confirms this action to us within two hours of receipt of this letter. Such confirmation may be sent by email to [email protected] and [email protected] and by fax to +44 20 7415 6111 marked for the attention of Gary Hopkins.

We also request that you provide us with all of the details that you have in respect of the registrant and the account holder for the IP address, so civil action may be commenced against the party(ies) that have carried out activities that constitute copyright infringement.

in this condition nokia doesn't have write to stop your site becuse if you remove all n-gage games from your site there is no nokia product that can be clamed.you can start your one site when you want but not with any nokia product...
all symbian software is another company software if they clam you then you have to warry about it.if you can trust me then remove all nokia product from your site and up your site.you don't have any problem....

I think so, too. But my web hosting server owner don't want any problem happen to them, so if I start sharing file for public again, they will stop hosting my site

I am no Nokia guy, you can ask others, I am constantly stealing mastercodes from provider's to database to extract lateste box SN for improved calculation.

So games were removed... I received letters like these many times... so someday I´ll get tired and will make my site like was before... Only GSM stuff, no games or add´s.
