It's not so simple ... the same situation with SX1, only latest firmwares support MP3 for ringtone!

It's not so easy to make, because mp3 choice is bigger then software + games + themes

Everyone must search rings for it's choice ans music style!

yes very true.But only there ae some problems.....with "RINGTONE NOT SUPPORTED"

Can frank help us in identifying the author.so we can determine how to compile mp3s for everyone benefit??

Frank has done a good job so far for disclosing this plugin.mp3s that play on my fone play nicely!!

Dosen't work on my NgageQD, and i guess its firmware would be pretty much updated too, 'cause bought the phone recently.
The problem is i can only set ringtones from "personalise profiles", and in personalise profiles ringtone selection menu, none of the mp3s appear that are on my phone
