How to add a map to TomTom 5.2 on Nokia 6630?

Hi all!

1) This is my first post here, so don't shout at me if i ask something stupid or that has been asked 100 times before.
2) I've done an extensive search on the forum and i cannot find the answer to my question.

My question:
I have TomTom 5.200 (433) running on my Nokia 6630. This app came with two maps Iberia and Canary Islands. Both maps work fine and i can switch between them without any problem.
I want to add the Benelux map. I've downloaded several versions of the map, but none of them i can make working on my phone. They just don't show up in Switch Map.

So what i'm thinking is that i'm doing something wrong, but i don't know what. This is what i do.

I have the other two maps in seperate folder in the root of my MMC, so i created a folder called Benelux-Map in the same root.
I sent the files i downloaded from my Mac to the phone over BlueTooth (don't know yet how to use the 6630 over USB on a Mac, but that's another issue i need to resolve).
I save the files (11 files) in the folder i created.
I launch TomTom and go to switch map. Only two maps there.

What do i do wrong? I suspect it's the foldername that is wrong, but how do i know what the foldername should be?
Another possibility is that the version of the map is not supported on 5.2. How do i know which versions i can use?
