NOKIA 3220 and DKU-5 USB CABLE - GSM-Forum

hello all

i am new in this forum that i hope a great success !!!!

i have a NOKIA 3220 phone and i have bought the DKU-5 cable usb but i

can't etablish connection with PC-PHONE . i have installed the driver for

usb cable and restart pc but it not know the new hardware.

i have installed XP-2000-98 but without success.

any idea ?

frist remove all dku5 applications u r installed ,next insert u r cd install driver frist, don't connect cable with pc.restart u r pc connect cable to computer
it shows new hard ware found .next check device manager comport it shows (usb to serial com port) u r driver perfect installed.lastly install pc suite if u have ,not downlaod there

thanks very much for your replie but i have made the same procedure for

installation of this USB CABLE and the same probleme.

have you the shema of the cable usb ?

well same problem here. i cant connect to pc suite using dku2. i think my usb ports are ****ed up but card reader works well in same usb. i dont know wats the problem

salam:
u attached ur DKU-5 cable with ur camputer and then reinstall ur windows xp.
4 that work ur usb automatically installed in ur computer if it did,t than install driver .
using device driver >right click on mycomputer >reinstall pci comm....

dku 5 doesnt work with 3220, check nokia site.

DKU 5 do works with 3220. infact i m using it and right now i m accessing net using dku5 and 3220.

Hey....bct200
please install mobiMB 2.4 and above version
then check the connection in add connection in settings...
then change COM port ...in properties...

iam now use DKU_5 for 3220 full ok....

There Is No Need Of Reinstaling Anything
Just Try A Jugad Kind Of Procedure Just Telling
Instal A Pc Suite. Go To Connection Menager Choose Cable First Choose Another Port Than Serial Portthen Ok Then Again Choose Serial Port Ok
Then Refresh
It Will Work I Have Just Gone Through All This I To Have A Nokia 3220
I Know It Seems So Ediotic But It Works Man.
