Sharp GX10i faulty buttons and o2 internet settings
 

I have two GX10i's, one of which has a pretty weird fault.
1. When you turn it on all of the buttons work but after a few minutes the select button and 7,8,9 don't work.

My other GX10i works perfectly and is unlocked to O2.
2.I've been trying to use it to connect to the internet through a usb cable, it gets as far as dialing which lasts for about 2 secs then hangs up, I was thinking I maybe have the wrong o2 settings.

Can anyone help?
