SHARP GX25 freez at Vodafone screen ,but

I have Sharp GX25 freez at Vodafone screen , this phone accept flash normaly
but always freez , I flashed it many times with two different flash files
I enter service mode and format FFS , but nothing changes
can somone tell me , what is the problem and how to solve it

try to neter in test mod and fomat all thing
after if same prob just flash it suning GX25 ferrai flash file if you have sma problme thast' mean 100% harware problme
verify imei ! mybe is damajed!

second I tested All what are you saying before but nothing change
always the phone freez at vodafone red screen and when I press keys I hear key beeps.
and I cant verify IMEI if it is damaged or not

I think that is hardware problem , I search the forum but no Solution

if someone find a solution please tell me
