hi use sharp_free_movilcom_1_0_0_2 unlocker when you chose tm 100 press unlock than remove cable and batary put batary again press 1 on phone keyped you will see manuel dialog mode input function no (_ _) press 99 and press top right key press 1 and than top right key wait until you see format ok press any key press 3 and than top righ key wait a litle press top righ key 3 times to exit diag mode menu than your code will be 0000
