Sharp Tm100 Cable Com Unlock Instructions - GSM-Forum

I have a TM100 that I am trying to unlock but dont know where I'm going wrong. I have the com cable and am using the movil com software, i connect the phone to the cable and of course the cable is connected to the computer and i press unlock but nothing happens, im pretty sure im messing up somewhere so any instructions or if ne1 could tell me what to do greatly appreciated

I was recently told that the com cable needs external power supply, will a 9v battery do or what do i do, cause that may be the reason why im stuck, thanx in advance
